Some times when I put my passenger side window down, it stops with a clunk, like its bottoming out. So it did it this morning, I went to have it auto up, and it wouldnt. I could hold the button up and it go up then , but not automatically. I got it to the top and auto downed it and it went fine, and the auto up worked again. Anyone experience this before?

Read the owners manual on how to calibrate windows.

Thanks for the tip! It had started working again anyways, maybe I had accidently performed the calibration procedure and didnt know it (Its hold the button up for 2 seconds past it stopping fully up). Its weird that only the pass side lost its function. I cant remember if I did it with the engine off or not. From now on I will only power them with the motor on.
Hopefully this takes care of it.
Oh, I did perform the calibration again, just to be sure.

Glad you got it all fixed up.
My drivers window will drop with a thunk every now and then, but thats the extent of it.
