Here you go, I just did mine in silver as the same color of my car. There also a piture of the product I used. I found the paint at Pep Boys, you can also try Auto Zone and other places like that.

Now I have been thinking the same thing.
The hub part of the ROTOR where it meets the rim is rusted and shows with my rims.
I was too thinking about masking off the brake surface, removing the rust from the one section and painting it with engine paint. Dont see how that is really any different from painting the calipers. No paint will make contact with the brake surface.
