Has anyone tried this engine treatment on any of their cars? If so, what were the results. I'm considering doing something for my engine (synthetic oil or engine treatment) now that there's over 3000 miles on it.

I remember a thread, months ago, about Mobile 1 synthetic oil and people were happy with that product. What is the difference, if any, between a product like Mobile 1 and Tufoil? As you may be able to tell, I'm not very educated when it comes to the mechanical workings of the beast which gives me speed.
