I recently had my car throwing itself into failsafe mode when I would go to WOT. I had the following trouble codes showing on my predator:
P0010 Intake Camshaft Actuator Bank 1
P0020 Intake Camshaft Acutator Bank 2
P0135 O2 Sensors(4 codes in all for these)
P0443 Evap Emissions
And a few other codes

After clearing the codes, reseting the check engine and looking over all connections to see if anything was loose, it turned out the only thing wrong was a blown fuse. I hope none of you ever have to deal with this problem. Hopefully if you ever get the same trouble codes you will stumble upon this post and make it a quick fix.
