ok so i just bought my first car and i wanna tune it but have no idea what the hell im doing.

i have a 06 mustang v6 wiht the v6 pony package...

now i wanna know if i can put a dual exhaust on it....and if so what parts do i need to do that.....also how do i take the governer outta the car?
