LOL, i'm not denying i'm spoiled I am just trying to get this dumba$$ to realize he was too whether he had an 06 GT or not. He doesn't understand how unfortunate people in other countries are and enjoys picking fights with a seventeen year old with goals in life. +1 to Sleeper05, and Tik-Tok I didn't have a psychiatrist's number but I gladly would've done some research on that for you(the door is always open).

So your way of convincing me that I live in a 1st world country is...

-Telling me I wish I had a nice car when I was a kid
-telling me to be mature about it
-calling me a jackass
-bragging about 'having to buy your own gas'
-bragging about being an honour student
-assuming I'm very angry
-assuming I have a bad attitude
-assuming I am a jealous person
-assuming I had a bad childhood
-admitting you have anger management issues
-bragging you will be running your own business
-bragging(?) you are a church go'er
-telling me you have a contact to a psychiatrist
-denying you have a contact to a psychiatrist

???

In 3 posts, and many many words, you blurbed 2 sentances about how much more priviledged I am
then a most Africans, and THAT was your arguement?

I sincerely hope your business is NOT a law firm.

Oh, and in case you didn't notice, you're the one who picked "the fight", I merely made a sarcastic comment about your comment, and you blew up on me.

Let's talk about cars, not how children are raised.
LOL I agree totally, even though I worked hard as hell in school, and was rewarded with a new GT, I can't really say that i'm not spoiled because...in a way I am. But I'm not going to go around and act like an idiot. I like you also respect everything I have.

BTW I love that car!!!

First off, that car looks like crap. Secondly, I'm a spoiled child, and I know it. I appreciate everything I have, and I take care of it. I know that may not be enough to you guys, but whatever. Let's talk about cars, not how children are raised.

Nor are either of you blowing up at me for a sarcastic comment, that show's character.

Tik_Tok, if you were mature you wouldn't be fighting with a seventeen year old, because you would be way too mature for that. You started crying about how spoiled people are in a thread, thats not sarcasm(I hope you passed English class in high school). Nuff said, keep your trap shut and your front fascia out of other peoples business. Oh and yes I just said your 'front fasica', LOL!

It all depends on the relative environment. Looking at this from a psychological perspective, if you live in a really nice area and everyones first car is a bimmer, mercedes, or even a ferrari, well then you're not exactly spoiled for getting a new GT at 16. Now, that is obviously one end of the spectrum. At the other end, if you compare us to another country/continent like say Africa as nothsa did, well then everyone here is extremely spoiled seeing as we are sitting here on our computers on the internet talking about cars when most people there probably cannot even begin to comprehend the concept of a car, let alone a computer. Thus, all in all, you cant technically call someone spoiled. Thats essentially an opinion, which ofcourse everyone is entitled to. We've all got the new stangs and thats pretty cool, weather your 15 or 60. (Sleeper 05, so "u" started a business huh? thats impressive. btw, USC=University of Spoiled Children.lol)

The only reason I stayed in the thread was because you blew up at me. Good on that kid to be lucky enough to be spoiled, and you, and every other person young or old, who has a car boughten for them. Still ugly rims though.

The name/topic of this thread is 'Spoiled Kids'........wherein, that's what's discussed in here.

Regarding the blatant lack of respect for elders (even elders popping off about spoiled kids) .............. i would suggest that the snide youngsters posting around here need to be physically beaten. And if their parents' were on the ball enough to spend time, daily, reading their kids' on-line posts, here and wherever else their kids were posting, I suspect they would be beating the **** out of their kids, after taking their kids' keys away, of course.

only in a perfect world, i reckon.

I used to think, damn that spoiled b.a.s.t.a.r.d...I hate him. My first car I shared with my sister. I got it in 1991 and it was a 1979 Plymouth Sapporo....because we were so poor ohhhhh!!! That thing was a piece of crap. Now I am 30yrs old and can afford a sweet mustang so I could care less what they get now. I know I earned my ride and am proud of it. I hope when my 10yr old gets his license I can hand him the keys to my car now (if the engine isn't melted) Thats what it is all about, giving your kids what you couldn't afford to get...IMO
