Default 4:10 gear install Dealership or independent?

I know, this has been asked a thousand times and while I have searched I couldn't find any recent ones.

I went to a local Ford dealer that sells Roushs, and installs vortech superchargers, FRPP parts, etc.

They quoted me $208 for the 4:10 FRPP gear set, $35 for the install kit, and after labor costs the grand total after a $50 discount was $720

I remember reading posts a while back and I think this is a little high, right????

Should I trust this dealership in regards to their quality of service or should I look for the best price from an independent shop?
I would imagine if there was wine or other noises, the dealership would fix it for free.

If any of you guys think I should find another shop, has anyone gone to a shop in the chicago area and had these gears installed?

720-208-35 = $477 for a install?? Find a local pro shop, you'll get a much better deal. Mine were installed for $175 +$25 for fluids.
