5"4 here, and i think this car would allow a 4"10 to drive it, only thing is, the shorter u are the closer u have 2 be as stated above, cause the clutch has a really long travel, and the shifter is damn right up at the heater controls (manual). But these seats move every which way, and I have it about 80% up on the bottem part to allow me to see the full road, and the seat reclined up a little higher then im used to, but then again its proper form for a manual, to hit all the gears.
