well actually the price is 285 plus whatever the felt costs. He didn't know about the felt so i had to tell him about it

actually i'm going in tomarrow to disscuss in more detail. My car is in the body shop getting some work done so i figured, why its there, i'll get tint.

So i'm not sure what kind yet.

I heard a similar price from another shop! Illinois shops are ripoffs! I guess you have to go down south to get a good price on window tint.
Yes, Illinois shops are high priced. I had my back window and two backseat side windows tinted today. It was $216. And that's with getting a discount on limo tint (normally aditional $29, gave it to me for $10 because they cancelled my original appointment.) I had the same place put limo tint on my '04 F150 when I bought it, they do a good job and have a life-time guarantee, so I didn't want to go to some no-name cheap place.

I went to the tint shop the dealer used and asked for the cost that they would charge the Ford dealer to tint my windows. $75 life time warranty and after installing tint for 4 years back in the late seventies I think they did an outstanding job. Not one piece of trrash to be found in the tint. Of course the car was new. Took the wifes car there and the did hers for $80.
