Default Question for those with Cervini side scoops

I have a Cervini rear spolier and I want the side scoops.
My question is do these things get filled with dirt and then make a mess down the side of the car?
I know they aren't functional or anything, but as I do drive my 06 GT vert daily (rain, dirt, etc) do you think these will just fill up with crud and be hard to clean out??
I'm on the fence if I should install them or not and need some advice. I love the look, just don't know about real world.

Thanks,
Mike

I have the Cervini windows scoops and the Cervini hood. The scoops are fine so far. I've only had them on far about a week and a half but so far no problems. They clean easily and as long as you dry them good they don't leave any drip stains. I haven't took pics to show em off yet, but I plan on posting some this Sunday after I wash the car good. Trust me, they look fantastic! They really are not trouble with cleaning so my vote is instal them asap. Your gona love it. Only warning I have, is get ready for a gigantic blind spot. I never realized how much I used the side windows until I put the scoops on. But don't let that stop you cuz they are freaking sweet!

Thanks for the info, but I mean the side scoops on the body benhind the doors.
I have a convertible so the quarter window scoops would be a a bit of a trick.

Anyone want to weigh in on the side body scoops?

Mike

I have the side scoops and like you, mine is also a daily driver. I haven't noticed that it gets any dirtier in the scoops compared to the rest of the car. It is also easy to clean as the opening is large enough to fit my hand inside. If you like the looks I say go for it

Not if you do your prep work correctly.
