The shop that installed the pullies, water pump and 3.73's on my car put the first scratch right behind the drivers side door handle.....and left the inside of the car with dirty, dusty boot prints. Azzholes.[sm=shootshoot.gif]

Puppet .. you and I have the same car .. except I have a 06 GT.. nice color and nice rims.. lol

anyway , no scratch YET on mine.. what I did was buy a cheap whole car cover from EBAY ( I think it cost me about $30.00 shipped ) what I due is keep the cover on even in the garage just in case of that ever happening... you may want to look into that after you get your scratch fixed.. just a thought for you...

btw: cover comes off in seconds... and seems to keep a lot of the dust off as a added bonus..

best of luck

This thread is worthless without pictures.

Thx. Not as flashy as yellow or arrest me red, but the hotties recognize the inherent coolness, while the cops don't see it coming a mile away.
Puppet you took it wrong I think ..???.. I was giving you a complement not a slam.. as I have the same color car and wheels .. I don't know how to post pics our I would.. but it would just look for the most part just like your car... except I have a GT emblem on the side of my front fender and you have a pony is all.. and I have a front license plate ( have to by law or you get a ticket )

I hit my car with a baseball bat today. I was carrying it for my kid so she would not have an accident with it near my car. Then, i absentmindedly reached into thew back seat to grab something and *ding.* Then "@#$%#@^#^&$%*^&*(*#&!@^!^$%%$$%^@%$^~!!!!!!!!!!!! !"

I am an idiot.

(No damage, but still, you cannot argue with the above conclusion. I know I can't.)
this is a bit off topic but puppet your car is nice man, i have that same color. i wish i had the same grill...anyone know what that grill is called so i can get it modded on my v6? thanks...

The next day after installing my CDC Chin Spoiler - - I smacked it into the curb pulling into the parking space a Quik Trip.... I just sat there and cried without even getting out to look at it.

Last winter, i had my car covered for the season on the side of my house. Well a really windy day came along blew the cover off of the rear of the car and them blew the roof of my daughters' "liitle tykes" house off into the rear of my car denting the bumper. I mean how can you make this stuff up?

I have a few minor paint chips from road debris, but nothing bad. HOWEVER, when I was cutting the hole in the hood for the CDC Shaker, the blade on the jigsaw broke. When it did, it kicked the saw up in the air a couple of inches and slammed down on the hood. I wanted to cry right there.. I could only imagine what awaited me after I removed the protective tape..

To my pleasure, the nick wasn't too bad. It would have been much worse if the tape wasn't there. It is slightly visible, but most people seem to look right past it when checking out the new scoop

Talk about good luck for a change..

Ya know, sometimes I think that maybe people are so busy admiring our cars they don't realize they are about to hit them or how close they are.

1. Cat jumped on my hood, left scratches[]
2. I nicked a rear wheel on a bulging curb coming out of a parking structure
3. Dumb a$$ rear-ended me and netted me a new rear bumper[:'(]
4. Some dumber-a$$ backed into my NEW bumper at the grocery store and scratched up the new paint!!! Arrrrrgggg! [:@]

Woe is me (and all you other Stanger peeps)!

My uncle got loaded at Thanksgiving and backed in to my car. It was 4 months old at the time. I cried, then I wanted to kill him. It's in the shop as we speak getting fixed cuz the bast*rd just paid up. I should have it back Wednesday and I'm miserable without it.
