Burning rubber
The past couple days I've laid a few black marks with my 06 GT. Then, when I went to wash it, it had rubber all over behind the rear tires and it wouldn't wash off. What can I use to take this off that won't hurt the paint?

RE: Burning rubber
a little elbow grease. its real cheap.
you can either try to use a wet towel to rub it off, or if that doesn't work, use a cleaner wax. u really gotta rub it in, and when ur buffing it out, use elbow grease as well. turtle wax works really well in this case; i used it to get black rubber marks off my dad's car.

I use bug and tar remover and a little elbo grease! LOL. Most will knock off the inner fender well with a brush then soak it down with the bug/tar remover then hit it with one of those bug sponges with the mesh on it, then wash with your favorite car wash soap and viola, it will be squeeky clean...I'm getting use to it by now, I'm on my second set of tires in less than 1000 miles .
