Default Louvers

I saw a picture of a 06 mustang(page 14 of julys mustangs& fast fords) with louvers that were going inward instead of outward (Just like an original fastback) It looks like the the glass might have to be taken out because there is no room to install the louvers.Ive looked everywhere for these but no luck. Does anyone know where to get these.Yes, already looked on ebay.

theres a tread with pics either in here or at themustangsource.com somewhere- last I read the guy was waiting for oem quarters to be delivered to do the final tweaks on his molds- and those DO look a lot different than any of the taped on ones Ive seen- If I get a chance later, Ill try to find ya a link...

Thanks, it looks like they haven't came out into production with these yet. But,with the response that it has been getting im sure someone is going to produce them.
Do you think they will be functional? Im sure the window will need to be removed before installation.

definitely a lot of interest in these...17 page long thread tells the tale there. their original concept was a squared look, which looked awesome, but had to involve cutting steel. the later ones basically replace the glass from the looks of them, and the rounded corners kinda make the 'which looks better' blur a bit to me- I really wish they could make a very thin flange that dont stick up more than 1/8", yet squares off the corners- would get tricky molding though as that would need a double sided mold, I'm guessing these are likely to be a single sided mold/hand laid up- who knows.
