Discount's cartoon pictures are distorted and the wheels are sized improperly 80% of the time. Other than that it's alright... but TireRack's is better. Nothing beats Photoshop and a couple spare hours though.

 

that is better. I knew I had seen a site a while back, that let me do this but when i went to discounts site, it didnt look too familiar. Tire Rack is the one I remember now.

 

There's also this one that lets you use your own photo, but I haven't tried it in a long time...
