Shaker 1000 or 500

Since most of these should be still under factory warranty has anyone had them replaced? Has it been fixed in the replacement? My CD is skipping near the tracks at the end.

Yes people have had the CD player replaced under warranty, but some have had it replaced with another one that skips anyway.

I hate to be in favor of lawyers but has anybody thought of a class action law suit? I would just like to see the problem fixed or some kind of refund.

It sounds ok, but it is 500 watts built by the lowest bidder...
