Auto shifter questions...
This is simply a question out of curiosity, I doubt highly that I would ever do anything to my car along these lines...but...
Have there been any mods done to the autos to give them a clutchless type shifter? Would this even be possible?
I'm thinking something along the lines of the shifters that some of the VWs and Nissans have where you can either leave it in drive or use it as a clutchless type shifter. Or even to take it a step further...paddle shifters?
Any mods of this sort done yet?

RE: Auto shifter questions...
There are currently none on the market to my knowledge. However there was a thread Friday last week I believe that had a link to another forum where one was under development by a company. They where polling to check interest from auto owners.

RE: Auto shifter questions...
There's a shifter in the works by B&M:

This isn't going to change the shifting any though, it's just a replacement for the stock shifter.
