Pull out the plastic push-pin, and if it fits into the hole of the rubber trim, just put it back on.
If it tore a larger hole in the rubber trim and the plastic push-pin falls through, you can get a large washer to put between it and the plastic push-pin, so that the washer covers the hole and the rubber trim won't fall back over the plastic push-pin.

oh I know that one well ...........cocrete parking curb plus rebar that sticks above it.....= $587.00 in repairing my front cover....so just took it off and bought a new one on ebay....... on the GT there are 4 1/4 nuts to hold it with a quick nut under the valance ..yiu didnt rip it so it should be alright you might have to heat gun the bumper to reshape it though
