Thanks for pics 05retro . What brand of tire do you have on the rear , It seems that I can find only a couple of companys that make this size unless I am looking in all the wrong places ..discount tire..tire rack ..ect ...also are your rims factory ??

The tires are Falken Ziex, they say they are street sport truck tires. I bought them because they have kinda the same thread pattern (only alittle more aggressive looking) as the stock Perillis that I'm running up front. Yes, the rims are stock Ford Rims 17x8 not aftermarket. I found the best price was at Vulcantire.com. I have had no problems with them and they are not noisy at all.

05retro,

Any issues with the 275 tires on your 8in rims? Our local discount tire talked my friend into 245 tires on his 8in rims, they told him he would wear down the center of the tire quicker if he went wider.

The car looks nice.

Are you sure you got one with a 36mm offset? I ask because the difference between 36mm and 45mm is 9mm or .36 inches, which should be neglible looking at it. Maybe you got a 24mm offset.

ORIGINAL: The long rider

Hello guys, The wheels are from Mustang Tuning 17X9 45mm offset. They sell the same wheel with a 36mm offset, but they will not work! I know because the sent me three with the 45mm and one with the 36mm I didn't notice it untill I had my tires mounted, balanced and installing on the car. It stuck out like riced out love machine!

The stripes are painted on, they are HOK pearl powder over a base white. The paint shop had trouble matching my Shelby style hood, louvers and duck tail to the rest of the car and the front and back bumpers never did match the car so I had the whole thing sprayed and then added the stripes. Now it looks more like the original Titanium grey (no lavender hue)

The exhaust is by Magnaflow I bought them from Evolution Performance when Fred sold me my SCT and C&L intake.

I have had no problems with the tires. They are also a quiet running tire.
