I'm not all anti-violent or anything dumb like that, because lord knows I have the worst temper with a short fuse. But lately I've been taken a-back by this little thing called karma. It has seemed to be working now for a while. So don't worry good karma for you is bad karma for him. Who knows maybe his sh!tbox will just randomly combust.

Go to the dealer body shop ($$$$$), get an estimate to fix any chips, dings, etc ($$$$$$$$$), take him to small claims court, you would probably win. Usually only cost 25 bucks or so to file, judge hears case and decides.
I personally like most of the other "alternatives" suggested.
