The only problem with that is you need at least 4 cameras. One for each side of the car. Get one of those lipstick cameras like they use on HBO Taxicab Confessions and hook it up to a DVR.

 

Glad to see that you went with that hood scoop. Looks great on my car. I am looking forward to seeing the one on yours. Post some pics real soon, would love to see how it came out.

 

Your car was definitely the "inspiration". IMO it is one of the best looking I've seen. I got the reverse C stripes and all. The only difference, besides being a red car, would be that my black pattern won't be as wide because I continued the pattern on the roof and get the lines straight we had to go more narrow on the hood. I'll post pics tomorrow. BTW, I'm very paranoid about washing and waxing with the vinyl on the side. Any tips?

 

I'd just get a can of aresol paint at Pep Boys, Auto Zone, etc in the interim. At least the X won't be as visible.

 

Since you did some painting, I was told by my body shop guy who is my wifes cousin to not wax the car for at least 6 months. He said that the paint has to breath so I can bond hard to the metal. Use car wash soap only and dry it off as soon as you can to avoid any water marks. Avoind washing in the sun, always in the shade. I just wax over my vinyl, they will end up shiney anyway and helps protect the reflective. If you are not doing anything on September 10th, take a nice long drive to a car show in my area.Here is the link.

Sorry to hear that man. Hey it happened to me a few weeks ago.

I drove my dad and I to Wal-Mart in my mom's Honda Pilot a few weeks ago to get some stuff for our vacation and when we get back the entire rear bumper is totally F'ed up!!! The security camera's didn't see anything!!!!! Anyways it wasn't that bad because it was the Honda, but if it was the mustang my dad would have..................you don't want to know.
