Default RE: A friendly warning and a question

I have used the pumpin to raise the car with no apparent problems. My floor jack is too tall, so I sold it for $5 in a yard sale last week and have semi-permanently borrowed my neighbor's low profile aluminum jack...

I'm not sure about the diagram in the service manual, but I have seen it posted on this forum about 3 months ago. I'll search the threads and look on my disk this evening for you.

You should have enforced two simple rules... actually 3... uhm... no... 4
#1: Drunk and you know / suspect the person can’t hold it? Walk home, or hurl first…
#2: Sick? We're taking your car to the doctors...
#3: Pregnant woman on her last legs? Take her car if you go somewhere just in case the water breaks while driving.
#4: Kids & Babies? Take another car... they will permanently scar your mustang...
