Hate to waste a post but I want to show my new stripes and dont know how to post a picture.Can anyone help?Please try and keep it simple,I'm an idiot on the puter.Thanks

get the picture uploaded online through www.putfile.com or tinypic.com

then in a thread/reply, put the link to the picture in [img]pic here[/img]
