Thanks everyone. I fully removed the console and got all the way to the screws that hold the navigation system...I wanted to adjust it because it was crooked and it was bothering the crap out of me (OCD's).
All stereo shops are shady and if I could avoid them in the future...I WILL!
Anyway, everything was going perfect except for when I sat on the last plastic (square) piece that goes around the shifter. I broke all 4 clip thingys that fasten it into place. It still fits in there pretty tight so I'm not going to worry about it for now. If it starts moving...I'll order another one from Ford. It should be no more than 5 bucks.
