I was searching for Mustangs like I always do, just to see what's available in the area. Well, to my surprise I found a '2005 Mustang GT' with 3,900 miles for 35,000 dollars. I wondered why it was so expensive, so I clicked the link and it turns out it's a Saleen....I think. The problem is, it doesn't have the spoiler or the Saleen hood.

So, my question is: are both parts optional or standard on the Saleen S281? I know it's possible that someone just slapped the rims and bodykit on the car and called it something it's not. The only picture available is from the right/front side, so I can't see if there's a numbered decal under the left headlight. Thanks in advance to everyone who helps.

 

the hood comes with s281 sc and s281 e its an option on the low model saleen. As well as the the wing is meant for the sc version. There should be a small ducktail bu tnot the huge wing they put on top of it for the sc version

 

was it on ebay? i saw one on ebay that was i think satin silver that sounds like the one you are describing, its not a real saleen, just a mustang with saleen parts. (and not all of them for that mater)
