Had our first major snow, and I am very pleased with the X-Ice's. Slow and easy and no problems.

SUV owners can @$#%@$#%@! they always forget it's NOT 4 wheel stop! Jackasses!

Tire rack has always treated me well. I just got my snow tires and winter wheels from them. Came mounted and ballanced. I checked them over with a fine tooth comb. Not one scratch anywhere on the wheels. A perfect mounting job. And the price was about as cheap as I could have done had I bought the wheels and tires separatly and had them mounted locally. But given the fact that I havent found a local guy that doesn't scratch wheels up. I think it is great,

You're all ***** with the Mustang in the snow. The 'stang is garaged in the snow and ice. 4WD truck is the winter vehicle. And you're right, stopping in the snow and ice is the problem.

Don't forget that Tire rack does a lot for motorsports........ While it is good to know that things can take a lot longer (plan ahead) don't just write them off.......
