All these cars look great!

I was checking out americanmuscle.com about the DD bullitts and they don't give any weight values. Has anyone just weighed their wheels? How much different is it from the stock bullitt and machined 17's?

Also I was checking out Discounttire.com and they have bullitt and salleen 18x10s from Replica Alloy and again no weight values. Do you guys know if these two venders use the same manufacture cause the prices are similar?

Lastly, does anyone know if you can put 18x10 DD bullitt wheels on the front with a 285 tire? Everyone keeps saying 255 on a 9" is the widest which doesn't seem right since Saleen uses a 275 up front.

No, 255 is not the widest you can go up front. I'm not sure what the limit for the front wheels is, I would just be cautious about going too wide up front. If Saleen runs 275's up there then I guess it can be done, but I suppose it will depend on the offset of the rims you plan to run also. WHat you're trying to avoid is rubbing when you turn the wheel. I've heard of a few ppl having this problem when running 275's up front........but I don't remember what kind of rims they were. I think if you can get away with putting the tire on an 8" or 9" rim then you'd be safer then on, say, a 10" rim.

Umm...Burke you car is teh sexiness. Where did you get the blackout panel and tail light covers? How much?
Thanks

The tail lights are simply tinted overlays - bought them from a guy on Mustang Source. Thge blackout panel is themagnetic one - like it a LOT more than I ever thought I would. About $40 through 5.0resto[sm=icon_rock.gif]
