Has anyone installed any lights under their hood , mostly for work purposes or even for show display purposes. I'm kind of trying to figure out something , and have it go on when the hood is lifted. (just like the old days) suggestions? pics?

How did you wire up and power all of those? Looks good but.. any reaon for pink?

Under dash is wired to parking light switch. Under hood has a lighted toggle switch(maybe you can see it) mounted on the medial end of the passenger side strut tower area.

Trunk is wired to the interior trunk light. That one is red b/c the light bar on the amp is red when it's on.

You can't tell from the picture but my "MY COLOR" dash lights are also set to hot pink. I think it looks good and everyone else including the ricers have just worn out blue and purple. The short ones on the engine cover are white b/c i couldn't get them in pink so I figured the white would lend a little more light under the hood.

Cool, think theres any danger of those getting too hot from the engine bay and breaking while the car is running?
