Default steering wheel vibration problem

I have an 07 V6 mustang. After 4 weeks, there was a vibration in steering wheel. Tires were reindexed over and over, balanced, switched out with lot tires, steering rack replaced and adjusted. Still vibrates and now does it when braking. Ford has told me, they don't feel, but I do. I don't think they know what's wrong with it. Any suggestions, or the same problem. Any help is GREATLY apprectiated. I don't even know who to call at this point.

Old school here.........

Go out and kick the front tires. Is there a wobble??
Your front bearings may be loose.

Grab the tires with both hands....Wiggle hard....do they have excessive play? Your tie rod ends or ball joints may be bad.

If neither of the above , your wheels may have lost some balancing weights.
Bad belts on tires.
Loose steering colum........

many factors involved.....

Have a good friend take it out and see what they say.

Do you have stock or aftermarket wheels?

I have stock wheels. Ford tells me this is a 'common characteristic". Which means to me they do not know what's wrong with it.
