Default Shaker 500 noise

Does anybody with the shaker 500 have a noise coming out of the speakers with the volume turned down? It sounds like an 8 track tape running. If anybody here is that old to remember them. LOL

Just picked my new 07 Pics coming later

Mine too ... I thought it was a fan motor. I turned off the heating/cooling system completely and it was still there.

Ford uses multiple radio suppression bonds throughout the vehicle to eliminate engine noise through the radio. Perhaps one or more of the bonds is not properly secured. These bonds look like small braided grounding straps and they are located in the front, middle and rear of the vehicle. I would take the car into the dealer if you have excessive engine noise through the radio at lower volume levels. More radio suppression bonds can be added to your car if needed.
