I have seen the CS bumber for less than $250. Parts Cheap, one of the sponsors on this site quoted me about $210....
I would go with the GT/CS.... I know people on here have done the GT500 swap, and it DOES look good, but, I dont think the cost is worth it. I would save my money for other mods..... JMO...

go with the GT/CS. its only 350 +paint. The Gt500 looks good if you do the whole package.

I think my choice is pretty self explanatory. But do what you like the most since you have to drive it.
BTW: Jayoheavenly, thanks for your comments bro. That line alone in your post made the conversion really worth while. We do things to please ourselves but nothing more gratifying than when another person aknowledges your hard work. Thanks again.
