Unless you will be parking where ice or branches will likely be falling from trees why cover the car. Two other reasons not to cover.

1) If covered and there is ice and or snow on it you may not be able to get the cover off. They like to freeze onto the finish.

2) Mice are much more likely to go into your car if it's covered. The darker your car is inside the bigger the parties they have!

January 23,2007 and still only barely a dusting of snow has come down. Only problem with that is the town decided to treat that dusting of snow as a world ending blizzard and completely caked the roads with salt and sand

I wish I could store my car for the winter, but being my only car, and having no garage and only street parking where I live, I cannot.

Ok Guys, Not to be a jerk or anything, But it's not Global Warming, It's a moderate El Nino Winter this year, It's a classic Pattern Colder that normal West and warmer in the east.
Global warming is gradual and you will not see dramatic changes in a short period.
The theory of Global Warming is still in dispute weather it's man made or not. Some Scientists are now assurting thet although warming is occurring its cause is either natural or unknown.
Think about it, Cars today run 100 times cleaner that the 50's - 80's we have more Clean air regulations on factories today that in the past, and carbon dioxide (green house gas)is the main staple for trees (tree food) yet tree ring growth has not increased in the last 10 years.
I do work for the EPA and I was once a Global Warming drum beater, but the more I educate my self with all the facts, I now am now reconcidering the validity of this theory.

Sorry for the rant, I did nor mean to go on like this...
