UPGRADE THE HEADLIGHTS
ok so i do not know who is with me but i am not too fond on my headlights that come stock....i was looking into upgrading the bulbs ... NOT the housing unit! Does anyone have on their car the H13 silverstar or something similar to the BMW BLING BLINGERS ... HID!
Hope the silverstars work better in the mustang, I had them in my 03 Altima and they burn out every 3 months. I like more light so I changed the fogs to PIAA driving lights. awsome light and they look almost original.

Mine have burn out twice in the 4 months that I've had them. In my older Maxima they will not last longer than a month - month and a half. The new Silverstar Ultras were designed to help prevent this early burn out butI haven't found them for the Stang yet.
When I had the stock housings on my focus, the silverstars I put in them (9003ST) would last a month, tops. Well, that was cold weather. I got about 4 months out of a pair in warmer weather. I also know that that type of bulb is really low grade compared to others (like the H1's and H7's that the german ford headlight conversion I did to the car took).
From what the others have said on here, I think the H13ST and the foglight bulbs (when friggen available), will be a nice upgrade or stepping stone (I think I'm gonna get plug-n'-play Bi-Xenon HID kits), and if I get them first, hopefully they will last in the winter weather, as they are over $60 cdn per pair...
