Ordered a 5 speed GT convertible on 10/22/06. Dealer said 6-8 weeks. Then in Nov they said 'cause of the holidays, it would take another month!? WTF! Latest date is 1/26/07. 11 days and counting...I hope they're not blowin' smoke.

I ordered mine 8/17/06 and it came in right before Thanksgiving. I waited 6 weeks just to get serialized.

NONE I hunted what I wanted down across 2 states until I found one that had been sitting on that dealers lot for awhile and then went in 2 days before Christmas, beat the **** out of them on the price also a Vert in WI in 30 degree weather not a big mover.I used to wrench at new car dealers so I know all the dealer backroom stuff and knew they were getting tired of paying the bank to have it sit there

FIVE MONTHS!!!! built it online prior to production. Then Ford got sued over the My Color option. I have a second run car that sat for three months waiting for the friggin' dash light problem to be resolved. I even got the remote roll down windows.

Ordered 11/30/06, delivered five weeks to the day. Three weeks earlier than dealer expected.

I haven't gotten an estimated delivery date yet, 3 weeks later. this is going to be a very slow winter
