Mines at the dealer for frozen e-brake too. It happened on Tuesday this week. We had snow here in Oregon, so life shuts down. The parts were not running and they were short on mechanics for the last few days. They are hoping I'll get it back tomorrow, Friday.

By the time my car was towed to them, the e-brake had thawed out and it was working fine. I wondered why they were replacing the assembly...now I know, TSB.
