If you want state of the art, buy a porsche or BMW. You want ghetto, buy a navigator and put your 22"s on it.

But, the mustang is a modern classic. Anything bigger than an 18-19" wheel just looks wrong IMO.

First of all big rims are not GHETTO, plenty of people in the burbs have big 22" rims on SUVs. What makes things from the ghetto bad? You probably have never been to a single ghetto!!![:'(]

I dont want to "rip you off" I just wanted to see how much the rims stuck out. Could you tell me how many inches?

I know pics will help you but you can measure how much they will stick out from what you have by: each inch in rim width add 1/2"; each 13mm less than OE offset (45mm on 17x8, 50mm on 18x8.5) add another 1/2". that simple. IMO an inch outward is the most I would ever consider on looks. I'm staying with OE particularlybecause of the custom paint up front, I can't afford to have any more road sand, debris, etc, kick up than it already does. The back is even more prone than the front so I prefer the tire inside the wheelwell. ...having said that, many look great with tires outward too; I just feel an inch is it. ...but you do what you like.

Sorry no pics from me, The Man is in the window and pics just help track you down. My wheels kick *** and all the old rims fit new stangs so be creative do your own thing.
