looking for Stock Dyno numbers for 07, 06, 05 stangs
looking for Stock dyno numbers for06 - 07 model year stangs, I am curious if 07 numbers are the same as 06, and late05's (because of a pre-cat in the intake on early 05 show lower HP). I know there were some frame modifications on the 07 due to the GT500 but noticed that the cooling hoses changed a bit in 07 but as far as I know the motors and PCM / tunes from the factory are the same.
Thanks I am just curious...

Yes I have done this first, but it is not finding any results.
Search phrases used:
07 stock dyno
stock dyno
2007 Stock Dyno
05-07 dyno
all have showed no results. Maybe a search engine error.

RE: looking for Stock Dyno numbers for 07, 06, 05 stangs
I would like to create a running list of Stock numbers and modified numbers. thislist would aid people in picking out the best mods for there car and what HP gains to expect. is we had a database with average numbers it should give people some some goodinformation. I haved search this site and only found 6 stock dyno sheets. not a good start for this project.
This thread is not a pissing contest or mine has more than yours ... This will be a datadase to help mustang owners weed through all the hype so I would like honest numbers MODS vs Stock Baseline numbers Year and Tranny type.
I know that some people have requested something like this in the past and I do not know why it has not, but I am willing to take on this task if the moderators will allow it. I have extensive Web development and Statistical analyses backgrounds.
Since there is already one ongoing please post on it

strange those two stock dynos have the same torque but different hp[&:] .....just a varience from motor to motor combined with dyno to dyno or something im guessing??!?!?!

RE: looking for Stock Dyno numbers for 07, 06, 05 stangs
Torque and horsepower are directly proportional, but PEAK HP and Torque are not. Basically, both cars put down 286 torque somewhere lower in the RPM band. At higher RPM, where peak HP occurs, Ruffnuts was putting down more torque, hence higher HP.
