I never drove the 07 but the only difference should be the gears being that it is 3:31 and the 05-06s' are 3:55. That slight weight difference shouldn't mean squat. Being I'm about 210 pounds anyway maybe most of you kids would have a lighter car than mine. Being that the car has a 3:31 gear maybe it will have a higher top speed. I don't have a top end limiter and people who mod usually don't either. After you mod who knows what your car is capable of. My friend use to have a 05 GT Mustang and his wasn't as fast as mine. In my honest opinion I think cars vary from one to another. Example back in my younger years my Daddy raced his Silverado and against his brothers' and lost. This meaning no two cars, trucks orsnatch are the same.

GTs do not have a GG tax, the guzzler tax applies to the GT500 and the Shelby GT because they require premium fuel.
