Default If I flash?

I don't recall this question being asked before but . . . How much hp gain can I get if I purchase a turner without the CAI? I guess I'm wondering how much of the hp gain is due to the re-flashing and how much is the CAI. At 51 years old my wife says the last thing I need is more POWER!

an average of 8 to 10 depending on the brand and tune and the response of the throttle will be improved.

The biggest change will be the throttle response. I say do it. Tell your wife its safer since you have more power to avoid accidents.

But the title is misleading. I was going to answer " Give you some beads and buy you a drink."

So if the tuner gives 10 then the CAI must be about the same. A total of 20 hp with the potential of a few more ponies if you go with a higher octane? Dollar wise I can figure about $380 for 10 hp - $650 for 20 hp and $650 + added fuel cost for 25 hp. Is this correct?
