sorry for long post but this inspection problem is bugging me

Ok my service maneger's uncle has a procharged 05 mustang with just about all the bolt ons
he bought a bbk x pipe with hi flow cats from real speed our local performance shop.
the x pipe has the holes for all 4 o2 sensors.
the downstream sensor harness isnt long enough to plug in.
the ones that plug in by the bell housing tranny area.
so his tune shuts off the check engine light since there not plugged in.
well the OBD 2 portion off the inspection will not pass cause the o2 sensore arent calibrated properly.
once we found out they werent plugged in he bought the hraness extensions.
did the drive cycle still wont pass even thou the sensors are plugged in
we hooked up the WDS( ford scanner) we cannot acess the OBD 2 functions
however u can pull codes, PId data all that.
wut im thinkin is the ford tune has to be reloaded to pass the inspection.

will there be any problems loadin the ford tune while its blown
any idias or advice please comment
cant drive it cause the inspection is expired so its just sitting around at are dealer

I just had a similar problem. I went to get my NYS inspection and because my tune turned off the rear o2 sensors, the computer for the inspection said "can't read rear o2 sensors". Called Brent and he sent me a tune via E-mail to be used only for the inspection. Because I'm computer illiterate I wasn't able to retrive the tune so I, tuned "back to stock" put the MVT tube back in the Airaid CAI and had to drive 50 miles. Got the inspection ...no problem. That was the worst 50 miles I've ever driven. If you don't think your tune is working try putting it back to stock you won't believe the difference.
