Default Lubricant for tranny bolt/plug?

Ok so of course I use anti-seize all of the time. But I notice on the tranny bolts that ford put on some kind of red rubber-ish stuff... Not a thread locker, but almost like a thread-sealer. Weird...

Anyways, any tips on something like this to add to the bolt before reinsertion? I'm doing my last tranny fluid change tomorrow (Doing 3 to get all of the old out) so gotta get the final tighten up perfect.
