Default RE: Bassani Help

I too am looking at the Bassani X pipe. I have a 2007 GT and have been told that I will have to get the MIL Eliminators to keep the check engine light from coming on. Is this true? Did any of you experience a check engine light after installing the X pipe? I don't want to have to run the catalytic converters. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Ben
