Yes ,my 06 does the same.I have wrapped teflon pipe tape around threads & seems to help.Will look for a new cap tomorrow. gLAD TO SEE SOMEONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM.

My car shutdown last night coming home from work and had to be towed to the dealership. Come to find out...it was a faulty radiator cap as well. Seems to be a common problem. I was just glad it wasn't anything major.
