Hes right this is not something they will fix fast.....if you are desperate then tell them exactly what happened and pony up and just pay them...i still dont think they can get a copy of the factory tune that fast though

Default RE: tuner help..

Ok.. well got it all figured out today. Made a couple of phone calls, ended up talking to James at SCT. He was very helpful, walked me through steps and at first, he couldn't even figure out why my car wouldn't start even with the stock tune reloaded. I found out that 07 auto stangs have bigger files than the previous years, and yes it has to be an auto, the 07 manuals have a 1GB stock file, while the 07 auto has about 2GB. So when I went to download the guys tune onto my car, it saved only HALF my stock tune onto the tuner because that was what the stock file was before. So after reflashing to stock it still didn't work because it was only half the tune. Also, my processor code isn't even supported yet, they don't have it in their databases, so they're working on that too. James sent me anemail with a stock tune attached, for a differnet processor code, but it still works. Now that's solved, basically I have my stock file in "Tune 1" position, instead of "returning to stock", until the dealer reflashes, or until they get my original processor code supported. Thanks for the help guys, and hopefully this can help out somebody else if they have a used tuner or something.
