Even though I've never dealt with them (because of all the bad press), I've read so many threads about how bad RPM Outlet is I feel like one of the victims....

I've ordered from them twice with no problems but the guy I carpool with just ordered some Pypes Violators and got the V6 cat back kit. Worked in his favor but how stupid can you be!!!
All the errors RPM Outlet makes has to cost them a fortune. If the warehouse people can get the part # numbers right, fire their asses. If customer service doesn't give a rats ***, fire their asses!!!
It makes me want to open my own internet muscle car site so I can put companies like this to shame...

RE: How many people have had bad experiences with RPM OUTLET?
I ordered a Hurst shifter from them, after a week with no reply I called them and
they said they were out of stock with no delivery date but said my credit card was
charged when the order was placed.I asked them to cancell the order and credit
back the charge and they said no problem.
About 5 weeks later the Hurst shifter was delivered by UPS and sure enough they had chargedmy credit card. With the reputation they have I decided not to return the shifter and just eat it because if I send it back Idid not want to fight with them for credit
and have to pay to ship it back.
I learned my lesson with them and fortunately it was not a very costly one.
