G tech pro ss question.

G tech pro ss question.
I've noticed that there is a serial port on the back of my G tech pro ss, which leads me to believe that there is software available to read the G tech's information on my computer. I've searched the internet and only found software for the RR model. Does anyone know if there is software for the SS?
(I already have a USB to serial adapter.)
