Mounting Raptor Shift Light

RE: Mounting Raptor Shift Light
You may want to also look at the mounting option Riven used, as well as another member here. They have an attachement that allowed them to mount the Raptor in place of the power outlet, center dash......

I mounted mine at eye level on the A-pillar using nothiong more complicated than high-strength Velcro. The wire tucks under the A-pillar trim. Can't miss it because it's pointing at my retinas. I use the red cap and it's still plenty bright enough.

Ohhh, I likey what I see there LV51FER.
I could even try it and remove it without
damage if I didnt like it. Still leaning towards
the extra switch plate on the left side of the
center dash above the radio. I will have to
get an extra switch delete plate to modify
with the required .750 hole to mount the Raptor.
I want the original to put back when the
Raptor is removed for whatever reason.

I mounted mine right on the center of the dash...

I personally don't think this is the best place but I had a 5" tach before and the holes needing hiding so I mounted it there to cover the holes. I just thought you might liek to see another option...
As far as being too bright at night anywhere you put it that is silly cause it comes with a cover that you are supposed to use at night for that reason. (ALL shift lights do)
