I just put the nut on the stud and placed them equal distance from the outer edges of the
plastic rad. cover,put some grease on the tips and brought the hood down to show location
on the hood.Then measured from the edges of the hood to get them centered as possible,tack welded
the nuts to the top of therad. core(installing them with the nut under the rad.core would've been too
short due to the hood)..just some input.best I can do

What the hell! Well the guy drilled a plate to mount the pin assembly on then bolted it under the rad. cover!
