Default No Radio Signal

When I took my car in for service (oil change) I noticed when I got my car back from the dealership that the radio was not working.

There's no signal on any stations (cant hear music at all). Is there a way where the technicians might have pulled a wire on accident? Any tips on how to get the

signal back? Thanks

oh GREAT![]
Now yet another thing we have to check after retrieving our cars from the dealer!
So not only do we have to mark the old oil filter, check for dents and grease smears and left tools in the engine, check the mileage and how much gas we have, make sure any high octane tunes are still loaded....[:@]

Is it the Shaker 500?
I'd love to know how they can screw up a radio but anything's possible! Please post some photos of the culprit!

I dunno about the 06's, but the 07 will turn off the mute when the ignition is turned off & the door is opened. So, the next time you get into the car and turn it on, the volume on the radio comes back on (which can KILL your ears if you had the volume turned up).

I dunno about why they'd mess with the radio, but my dealership set my speed sensitive volume control down to 2 after I took it in to get the first oil change (it was free). I'd had it set at 4, which they were against...But I had it set there for a reason, and they went & messed with it. Needless to say, the car's not going to go back in to the dealer for oil changes. I've got a buddy over at the local Walmart who'll take care of my car, and I know the general manager at the local Discount Tire; unless it's something I have to take the car in that's under warranty, it won't be going back to the dealer for anything.

Methinks they may have unplugged the radio antenna wire. It's an easy fix, provided you can get to where the wire plugs in. Why they were messing with it is beyond me, but I'd take it back in to the dealership and raise Cain.

There has a known problem with the shaker 500 since the 05s. I had a problem with the cd player. Make them give you a new one.
