Default intake

I want an intake without retuning for now and I think I have decided to go with granatelli CAI. I am just seeing if there are any last comments about the granatelli CAI that I need to know. Also where is the absolute best place to purchase this item so I get it right and right for the money. Thanks in advance.

I still say go with the tuner/CAI combo...you're gonna need that tuner down the road anyway, and if you're concerned about the warranty, just reset itto factory before taking it in...oh well, I tried...I know there's at least one forum member around here who has the granatelli and loves it, so hopefully he'll poke in here and help you.

I consider myself very lucky to, for the most part, avoid your soft-spoken wrath lol...

the k&n "typhoon" intakes will work without a retune, and they are polished aluminum..... but they only give an approx 9 hp increase where alot of the other are like double that. (from what i have read anyways). btw, "bombz racing" makes a 100% perfect ripoff of the typhoon for like 100 bucks with shipping via ebay.

imo its worth the 100 if you dont wanna tune it right now, cause it helps a little but doesn cost so much where your pissing away a bunch of money. i could probably sell mine later on and still get 50 bucks ya know?

I was thinking of going with the BBK CAI, it too does need a tune.

What site has the granatelli CAI? Never saw that one in my searches.
