Here's the writeup TacoBill did:

Spring Install

Roush sells the front and rear springs separately... so if you're only doing the back end that might be a good choice.

Moss Mustang sells Roush rear springs by themselves ($130).
I would recommend the Roush rear shocks ($180)as
well as the Roush rear springs to match them up
properly. I have them on order along with Poly
Bushings for the panhard bar as well as the rear
sway bar. Installing them next weekend if they
arrive on time. Supposed to be a 3/4" drop.

Yes I am. I'll take pics if you so desire but Taco
already covered it, I believe. I have the shop
manual andmost of it is covered. They recommend
new hardware most everywhere on the suspension
parts but I think a little locktite and the proper torque
specs is all that will be needed. PM me if I dont get back
to you after this weekend.

The rear install is cake, jack up the back under the rear diff.(I loosen the lug nuts first so they are loose but not off), put 1 jackstand on each side of the frame rails, remove the lower shock bolts and the brake line bolt so you don't stretch the lines, then the sway bar bolts which aren't really necessary i just like to do it since you get a little more play in getting the springs out. After i've done it 4 times now i can get it taken apart and done in about an hour. Good luck!
